I am so grateful I ran into him when I did! I was getting the runaround from another company on my roof repair. They were playing a waiting game with my insurance company. It was very stressful as time was being wasted and communication not happening!
Drew came along and said:
"We will get this done for you"!
He came right out the next day, he checked everything, he found more damages and asked for more repairs than the previous company. He submitted the estimate the same day!! Whereas the previous contractor was still promising after 2 weeks!
Drew Klass answered all my questions and gave me recommendations on contemporary popular colors. His and texting responses were nearly immediate!
The office support were prompt as well!
I cannot believe how easy he made this whole process! This guy is NO BULL and straight forward with answers to help YOU!!!

Only 2/3 of our 100+ year old house had gutters, so I sent an email submission through Gold Standard's website on a Sunday at 5pm. They called me Monday by 10am, had Jose out to estimate same day. Work was completed by Wednesday, same week. Our home has some frilly woodwork, and they easily modified the eaves to accommodate the gutter system. Great job, very happy. read less

They did a fantastic job from start to finish. I live in Logan Square and space is tight but they communicated with my neighbors and left the site spotless. They were flexible and very accommodating.
I built new homes in my past life and they were by far the best group I have worked with!

They represented us well to our insurance company & educated us when my insurance initially declined hail damage. Carmine was here early before the 1st and 2nd assessment. The roof & gutters look really good. Most of the work was done in a day, before a big snow, and remainder done shrtly after when there was a warm winter day. Thanks to Carmine and Lisa C.
